Beijing Horizon View Client QE team is seeking an intern with a proven track record for delivering high quality software products and successful projects. This project aims to create the automation scripts, establish a performance baseline and approach to run and measure performance on different CART builds. The resulted data will be consumed by product teams as one of the quality index. The project is part of automation initiative in our QE team. For the intern who works on this project, this is a good chance to touch real automation solution. This requires creative work. It would be exciting for candidate to turn their innovation ideas into realities.

Responsibilities

1. Create bundle of test scripts/tools to help testers to collect performance data
2. The scripts/tools can be integrated into current automation framework.
3. Define the testing items for product components and design the test structure on the combination for different features.
4. Get the elements for establishing the performance baseline through lots of experimental testing and analysis.
5. Apply the testing according to baseline and approached process. Then assess the delta of performance and provide the testing report in a user friendly format
6. Research on 3rd Party performance testing tools, investigate if the tools can be integrated with current framework.

Requirements

4. In-depth knowledge on test theory and platform/OS knowledge
5. Familiar with JSP, Python.
6. Plus if have performance testing experience
7. MS/PHD in computer science and applied
