Cisco Data Analytics Business Group (DABG) offers the big data real time analytics solutions including retail, healthcare, stadium, service provider, call center, and more.
We are looking for self-motivated and energetic software engineers to join our software development team working on big data analytics product. Responsibilities:
o    Work with global team to design and develop big data platform
o    Develop maintainable and reliable components to process large scale structured and unstructured data.
o    Participate in developing the real time processing engine

Requirements:
Must have skill/experiences
o    Excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
o    Excellent programming skills in Java/C/C++
o    Strong knowledge of database implementation(PostgreSQL preferred)
o    Strong knowledge of distributed system (Hadoop/Big Data systems preferred)
o    Strong self-learning ability and good team spirit

Good to have skill/experiences
o    Have experience in data analytics, data model, data mining
o    Good to know big data and stream processing, complex event processing.
o    Knowledge of Big Data
o    Experience in developing rich internet application


Educational Background：
o    Typically requires CS, EE or other equivalent majors
o    Prefer Master background
