Brief Description of Assignment:
oProduce weekly reports, monthly reports and other supporting reports
oResponsible for preparation of project’s payment documents
oAssist in payment to dealers’ sales incentive
oAssist in implement of procurement project
oOther supporting works
Basic Requirement:
oMust stay student identity during whole internship
oMust fulfill 6 months internship, 5 days per week
Qualification Requirement:
oGood written and oral English
oEfficient communication; strong responsibility
oGood skills in Microsoft Excel, know of Excel basic function, proficient skills in Microsoft Excel is preferred
oOutstanding learning ability, carefulness and conscientiousness is must
oPrefer to the candidate who has working experience in international company
Location: Daimler Tower, 8, Wangjing Street, Chaoyang District, Beijing
Other:3000RMB pre-tax salary for full time; Internship certificate is granted upon completing internship; Daily fresh fruits
The on-board date will be around early to middle September. Six-Months, 5 days per week (occasional unpaid leave are acceptable). o根据全国经销商递交的报告制作周报、月报及其它的支持性报告
o负责部门项目付款材料的准备和支付工作
o协助部门对经销商的销售激励项目的付款工作
o协助团队采购项目的实施
o其它支持性工作
[工作要求]
o保证每周工作5天，保证6个月实习期
o英语读写流利
o熟练运用Microsoft Excel
o出色的学习能力，认真、仔细、负责
o有相关实习经历优先
部门：二手车部门
工作时间：9：00-18：00（入职时间：9月中旬）
工作地点：朝阳区望京街8号院戴姆勒大厦 a座
实习待遇：税前3000元/月
