Major Responsibilities:
1.The direct contact for expats to provide the advices and answer the requires based on the company policy, China local relevant laws
2.Assist the onboarding and separation process.
3.Work with immigration agency for visa application and extension and work permit cancellation at the end of the assignment.
4.Prepare the local employment contract for inbound expats and are responsible for the enrollment of China Social Security at the beginning and termination of China Social Security
5.Assist the third party payments related with expats like housing rent, international school tuition, visa fee, etc.
6.Maintain and keep the accuracy of the expat related data in HR data base
7.Work with home HR and Finance to verify expats personal expenses and contact with Tax Authority and SAFE for oversea remittance
8.Other related routine work
Knowledge / Skills / Competences/working time:
1.At least 4 days per week.
2.Fluent in written and spoken English
3.Good communication skills both written and verbal
4.Good organizational skills, detail oriented
5.Proactive work attitude and Customer -Service Orientation
6.Proficient at Microsoft Office Document like Word, Excel, PowerPoint
