This position is intend to provide basic support to Genset application engineering. Help on the technical information management so as to improve the AE team management and coordinate the other engineer to develop new tools for improving the technical support efficiency. Provide simple technical support with supervise of other AE.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Check and collect latest product information provide it to AE team;
2. Collect the RFQ information and archive to file;
3. Edit technical document T030;
4. Translate simple technical document;
5. Program the calculation sheet with guidance from the supervisor;
6. Drawing simple gen set installation layout;
7. Commissioning gen set communication circuit board;
8. Complete simple technical support to dealer engineer with help of supervisor;
9. Collect technical information and enquiry from dealer engineer by calling;
10. Conduct the technical knowledge library management;
