Communications Server for z/OS (zCS) provides the networking support for the z/OS operating system, which is IBM's strategic operating system for the mainframe. Our organization is working together with US lab to do the product development and customer support. We are seeking for an intern candidate with strong technical skills and passion on the network and web programming.

We expect the candidates can quickly build the ability to work as developers, which may include but not limited with
- development work
produce and use design documentation
develop high quality software
ensure complete Unit test for code
diagnose and recreate customer's problems
find fix and give solution to customer's problems
- functional verification work
analysis requirement and design document, generate test plan and test strategy
design test cases, prepare test programs and execute test cases
ensure the quality level of the component meet the quality plan

Technical skills requirements:
1)Java/JavaScript
2)Network protocol and network security
3)HTML/CSS
4)HTTP/REST/JSON
5)Eclipse, RAD, WAS and Dojo as a plus
6)Web development experience is preferred

Non-Technical Qualities:
1) Postgraduate who will get master degree in 2016 or 2017
2) Quick learner
3) Good team player and willing to take responsibilities
4) Creative thinking and passion for technologies
5) Can start internship from Sep. 2015 and work full time at least for half a year.
