工作职责:
This role is responsible for acquisition of Strategic Business Travel accounts within China. The successful incumbent will be self motivated and results driven, with the ability to develop winning strategies and achieve aggressive targets through a professional and value based, focussed sales plan.
· Lead the strategic BD process
· Direct accountability to manage, drive, support and co-ordinate all bids
· Liaise with account relationship managers to identify opportunities for engagement of non aligned accounts
· Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline, as well as report on activity as required and contribute to China team.
·Develop winning strategies and utilise value based selling philosophies
·Acquire profitable business
·Develop an deliver an innovative value proposition
·Ensure aggressive sales targets are attained
·Continue to develop new acquisitions channels
·Maintain strong relationships with key business partners e.g Airlines, hotels, etc., and engage in travel industry forums (CBTF, etc.).
职位要求:
·Minimum five years experience in corporate sales or account management with a sound track record
·Experience dealing with Senior level executives across the China market
·Understanding of and experience in the travel industry is preferred but not critical
·Results driven; experience in managing aggressive targets
·Experience in selling in multiple markets in JAPA will be highly preferred
·Ability to collaborate and influence others
·Ability to articulate knowledge about products, services and value proposition to potentially diverse customers
·Self motivated with strong time management, organisational, and communication
·Strong analytical, oral and written skills
·Ability to think creatively & strategically
·Superior positioning, influencing, and negotiating abilities
·Strong Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel skills preferred
·Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex business situations and processes.
·Experience managing a comprehensive Customer relationship database
