工作内容：  
1.Effectively and pro-actively lead and develop a strong finance operational team for efficient and quality Accounts Payable services
2.Oversee and continue to improve payment process to ensure that adequate and effective internal controls.
3.Ensure payments are in compliance with procurement policy, accounting standards, taxation regulations, foreign exchange control and group policies
4.Proactively enhance finance payment system, working together with company IT to define, develop and implement functional requirement in the system.
5.Identify, develop, participate and lead accounts payable team to drive business for cost control initiative.
6.Review Accounts Payable related terms and conditions during the contract formulation process to ensure consistent application of company policies and standards
7.Represent Accounts Payable team and communicate to audiences at all levels in a persuasive and articulated manner
8.Be responsible for all Accounts Payable related reporting
9.Benchmark with other markets for best practice and share with local team
10.Collaborate with finance reporting and collection teams to support an excellent finance operation
11.Develop and coach direct reports and key staff in order to retain key staff and identify successors for key positions
            
职位要求：          
1.Bachelor degree in accounting/Finance or equivalent
2.Minimum of 5 years of working experience in related areas
3.Strong leadership with good communication and influencing skills, problem solving and decision making skills, and lead the team by example
4.Strong team building, resource development and skills assessment and alignment experience
5.Strong willingness to learn and understand new business including its operations and processes which ultimately drive the Accounts Payable work processes and scopes
6.Ability to build strong relationships with business partners across disciplines
7.High energy, confident, detail-oriented and with ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results
8.Proven self-starter with ability to self-manage the works in a fast paced, start-up organization
9.Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
10.Adequate accounting skills & knowledge, familiarity with China GAAP
11.Experience with Sun Accounting system, Cognos reporting system is preferred
