客户技术支持实习生将成为亚太客户技术支持团队的一员。我们的亚太客户技术支持团队负责支持来自中国、日本、韩国、新加坡、印度和澳洲的客户，每个地区都有各自的地区团队，这些地区团队紧密合作，相互支持。
Role and Responsibilities:
o Develop test plans and test cases covering both UI and back-end functionality
o Execute Test cases in accordance with the schedule identified in the Project Plan
o Identify, assess, and report defects via the defect tracking system
o Maintain/update and create automation scripts for assigned project(s)
o Provide timely & accurate updates to QA manager/lead and project team
o Handle and support dynamic schedule, multiple environments, test cycles and deployments
Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree or above.
o Self-motivated, enthusiastic, team-building attitude.
o Experience of software development and testing.
o Attention to details and passion for testing.
o Ability to work under tight schedule with high stress tolerance.
o Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Required skills or knowledge:
o Scripting experience using language like Python, JavaScript / Jquery, Shell. C is preferred.
o Experience of software project, in other company or in school.
o Experience in test automation frameworks and tools, like QTP, Selenium, Robot Framework, STAF/STAX is preferred
o Knowledge and experience on windows, Unix/Linux, SQL is preferred.
o At least work three days one week
