1、负责公司前台接待及电话接转;
2、收发邮件以及办公用品管理;
3、员工考勤及年假管理;
4、差旅安排;
5、培训教室预订和管理;
6、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
任职资格:
1、大专或本科,有相关工作经验者优先;
2、普通话标准,具有良好的沟通能力、团队协作精神;
3、有英文基础
4、工作积极主动,责任心强
5、熟练操作office办公软件及办公设备;

Introduction - Carl Benz Academy and Xinghui Zhuoyue International
Management Consulting (Beijing) Co., Ltd
The Carl Benz Academy is a joint international education program lead by
Mercedes-Benz (China) Ltd and Mercedes-Benz Auto Finance Ltd, and in
cooperation with renowned universities from China, Germany and the United
States.
Objectives
With the vision of becoming the leading academic institution in the
international automotive industry and of establishing itself (in time) as
a certified university in China, the Carl Benz Academy will operate under
Humboldt’s Ideal of ‘Unity of teaching and research’.
Implementation of this ideal in the Carl Benz Academy context aims to
encourage a precise and up to date approach to education with regard to
current issues facing the retail organization of Mercedes-Benz in China.
The students will not receive traditional ‘old-style’ lectures, but will
learn according to the ‘situational-approach’ which enables them to
learn by doing and to link their learning to real-life scenarios within
their day-to-day work environment.
A strategic and reflective view of knowledge about past, existing or
potential problems within the retail organization will also be a focus of
the approach, further supporting the sharing of best-practices and their
adaptation and application in the working environment.
Attracting and retaining qualified staff continues to be crucial to
achieving success in China’s automotive industry. Carl Benz Academy was
initiated with core objectives to:
•Increasing employee motivation, satisfaction and loyalty
•Enhancing the qualifications of retail managers
•Fostering a pool of qualified employees for retail management
positions
•Improving management satisfaction and reducing turnover

Aiming to find out a solution for a dynamic administrative and academic
structure for the project, the Xinghui Zhuoyue International Management
Consulting (Beijing) Co., Ltd is newly set up in December 2011 to share
different responsibilities. It is the administration/management provider
of the Carl Benz Academy project and built up to ensure stable project
management.
