招聘岗位：
Game Design Intern
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Support Game Design team under the direction of the Game Design Lead
Play all competitive games, understand their successes and failures, to help ensure our games are the best ones on the market
Participate in brainstorming sessions to come up with new ideas for game features
Provide translation support on design documentation from Chinese to English and from English to Chinese
Write basic design documentation including research on competitive titles and provide reports on findings
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A passion for games, especially RPG genre
A reasonable understanding of game design concepts and principals
At least CET-4 and prefer CET-6; business understanding of English and Chinese, in written language. Oral competency in English not required
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
A hunger for knowledge and experience and a drive to launch the best product possible
