2、 Position Summary:
Work as service order process specialist of service order process team to support FSE Engineers to provide the outstanding service to our customers. Mainly responsible for billable service quotation and billing, warranty service parts consumption and cost settlement, FSE consignment order, as well as service AR tracking etc.
3、Key responsibilities:
1) Issue the quotation for billable service according to Call Center information and chase the quotation until the customer give their decision.
2) Confirm the corresponding information about the billable service with the customer and complete the billable service order and parts consumption in SAP after the FSE completed the service call in Call Center
3) Support and deal with the Call Center escalation cases
4) Reorganize and check Call Center data
4、Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree and Above , majored in Business administration, Mechanical, Electricity and international trade will be preferred.
2) Effective communications skills, good planning and coordination ability.
3) Good at English writing/reading.
4) Able to work over time if needed.
5) Can work at least 4 days/week.
6) Can last 6 months.
5、待遇：本科生：120元/天；研究生：150元/天。
