随着网络速度的提升和移动互联网的发展,光通信集成电路成为近两年增长的一个热点;国内极度缺乏光电转换及其配套Serdes芯片的研发能力,10Gb/s以上基本100%依赖进口。
大家留意可发现,小到学校服务器组的总线,大到数据中心内部都可以发现黄色光纤的身影;事实上数据中心已不是只有Ali-Baidu-Tencent才需要、且负担的起的设施,而70%以上的数据交换发生在数据中心内部,需要高带宽的光纤完成。
集成电路不止常见的RF、Analog、ADC...,纵观ISSCC论文其实很多领域我们都尚未涉及,而这些并不都是小众领域。

We are Shanghai/Silicon Valley based stealth-mode semiconductor startup, and VC-backed by Walden International -- one of the world's leading venture capital firm for semiconductors. We focus on high-speed (40-100Gb/s) optical communication IC design, such as optical receivers, modulator drivers, laser drivers, CDRs...
