Job title: 【社招】【思博伦】PV/Support Engineer – Landslide/ (无线核心网测试平台) 测试/客户支持工程师
Location: Beijing, China
Major responsibilities:
o Test software releases for the Landslide mobility infrastructure and applications.
o Responsible for drafting test plans, test cases and test reports as well as doing hands-on testing, including manual and automation test and work with regression test suites.
o Work closely with developers, Product Marketing and Tech Support to identify the defects and help in troubleshooting issues found or inquire about legacy or new features.
o Direct support customer base on newly assigned customer ticket. Maintain contact and response throughout support process for any update or progress until issue is resolved.
o Analyze and reproduce issue with customer configurations or set up.
Job requirements:
o Excellent written and verbal English communication.
o Majored in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
o Master degree with minimal 1 year working experiences or bachelor degree with minimal 3 years working experiences, in telecommunications or networking industry.
o The candidate must have experiences in configuring, testing and troubleshooting IP based network systems and be familiar with formal test methodologies, i.e. product and system level test;
o Knowledge of wireless packet protocols (i.e. CDMA, UMTS, WiMAX, or LTE);
o Extensive knowledge or experience of communication and associated network theories, such as TCP/IP;
o Good team player and quick learner;
o Adaptable to new environment and new technologies.
