JOB TITLE:          Sales Assistant Intern
DEPARTMENT:    CAD / M&M

REPORTS TO:     M&M Sales Operation Supervisor
                

Location: Beijing Yonghe Palaze


Job Purpose
The purpose of this position is to provide assistance & support to all sales related activities, and daily administration tasks.
This position is serving to M&M.

Duties & Key Deliverables

Selling Activity & Order Processing Supporting
o    Documents checking, Application & approval handling, Sales team payment processing, positive Communication with customers & departments.
-    Prepare sales document (such as bidding file, etc.) & product brochures to customers as initiated by sales.
-    Handle various kinds of application for sales team
-    Keep filing system
-    Answer customer enquiries in good manner; Distribute and track sales leads; and Telemarketing tasks.
-    Misc. tasks
o    Prepare & maintain comprehensive Reports with details as per requested by sales managers
o    Provide other assistance & support not mentioned above to all sales related activities within sales team.
o    SFDC updating.   Pipeline checking.

Distributor Data Management
o    Pipeline Checking and Updating
o    Understand the latest requirement & Maintain SFDC data.
o    Execute company policy, support distributor in scope

Office Administration
o    Book conference room, hotel, transportation, arrange schedule for VIP visitors
o    Make appointment with internal and external contacts.
o    Book stationery, business cards, mkt gifts etc.
o    Assist on Marketing material / equipment administration, such as packing, logistic, keeping.
o    Brochure classification and record keeping.
o    Warm help with Misc tasks

Managing DEMO machine.
o    Keep recording of Demo machine status in all stock rooms, update record timely.

Other tasks assigned by manager

Essential skills and qualifications
?    College Degree with Commercial education
?    Fluently English both in written and oral
?    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, computer using.
?    Good communication skills both in written and oral.
?    Basic knowledge with letter of credit and basic international trade
?    Basic knowledge with sales and marketing
?    Working experiences in Global Companies with food packaging machinery background is an advantage.
