What to do:
1. Maintain SAP system for organization/position change, employee deployment.
2. Collect related data information.
3. Prepare the assigned report.
4. Provide administrative logistic support to HRBP team, such as booking flight ticket, hotel reservation, meeting room reservation, etc.
5. Arrange management meetings other business related meetings for HRBPs.
6. Support on other assigned tasks.
Who you are:
1.Bachelor degree above.
2.Can work at least 4 working days per week.
3.Fluent of English, both in oral and written form.
4.Good logic skill, communication skill and multi-tasks skill.
5.Good level of skill in use of Microsoft, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
6.Related internship experience is plus.
