Responsibilities
As a Campus Recruitment Intern, you will assist your direct leader with various taskforces:
o Implement CICC campus recruitment program/campaign and selection process
o Implement CICC employer branding program/campaign to promote CICC as an employer of choice
o Undertake logistical and operational support to HR Generalist
o Other ad-hoc request assigned by team leader
Requirements
o Relevant experience in Campus Recruitment or other HR functions would be a plus;
o Bachelor's Degree or above from a top tier university, minimum 4 days a week is a must;
o Proactive and creative thinking is critical;
o Fluency in English and Mandarin; Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills;
o Strong interpersonal skills;
o Superior problem solving skills;
o Ability to exercise mature judgment.
