要求：
-能够在ABB实习协议中盖学院或学校公章
-电气工程或者功率半导体相关专业
-在读硕士或博士研究生；
-有功率器件测试、热分析经验者优先；
-具有较高英语阅读和撰写能力；
-具备良好的沟通、总结能力和讲解技能。
-时长： ≥6月, 更长时间者优先

Power semiconductor devices test Position: 1~2
Responsibilities:
- Simulation and test operation according to project demand,
- Data management and data analysis,
- Summary of data analysis.
Requirements:
- Get the chop of school or university on ABB internship agreement
- PhD or master candidate, major in Electrical Engineering or Power Semiconductor related
- Experience on test of power semiconductor devices or thermal/heat analysis is preferred
- Good capability of reading and writing English
- Good communication, summary and presentation skills
Duration: ≥6 months, more than one year is even better.
