Location: Beijing Yizhuang
Working Frequency: At least 4 days per week, and 5 days per week is strongly preferred
Duration: 4-6 months
DDL: Jan 25th , 2017
Responsibility:
Assist R&D HR Team to:
1.Complete recruiting work assigned by recruiters;
2.Personnel data mining & tracking;
3.Interview arrangement;
4.Talent pool maintenance;
5.Provide training and employee onboard activities assistance;
6.Provide logistics supports if needed;
7.Ad hoc work assigned by the HR managers
Requirements:
1.Undergraduate student who will graduate in 2017 and further graduate study next year, or postgraduate student is preferred;
2.Can work 4 full days per week and 5 days preferably;
3.Major in HR, Business Management or Psychology is preferred;
4.Excellent both in oral and written English;
5.Responsible, detailed, result-driven;
6.Quick learner and willing to work hard;
7.Passionate to learn HR professional and practical knowledge;
8.Master over Outlook, Excel, Word etc.
Salary:
Postgraduate: 130RMB/day; Undergraduate: 120RMB/day
