Job Description

o    跟踪公募基金市场，定期撰写市场跟踪报告及邮件
o    评估公募基金产品，撰写相关评估报告和跟踪邮件
o    搭建公募基金产品量化分析体系，建立分析框架、形成相应模板
o    完成部门交派的其他工作和任务

Job Requirement:

o    国内外著名院校硕士研究生学历，具备金融经济相关学科背景，具备数量经济、金融工程、统计、应用数学等复合背景优先；
o    熟练掌握Matlab，R或Python等编程语言，熟悉数据分析方法、投资组合模型及优化方法，能熟练地应用计算机软件进行大规模数据分析，并完成测试程序的编写；
o    对宏观策略、二级市场、公募基金领域感兴趣并有相关实习经历；
o    具有良好的语言与文字表达能力，善于沟通，踏实细致认真。
