公司是一家知名美元投资基金（AUM超过200亿美金）的全资子公司，作为其并购运营平台开展相应行业的“平台式”并购及整合。由于平台最近收购了某连锁业态企业，拟招聘一名投后管理实习生，主要工作包括：
- 协助董事会驻场代表建立公司Executive Management Committee体系
- 参与该被收购公司的数据分析、内部诊断咨询、运营优化等工作
- 行业研究、竞争者研究、实地调研
- 其它公司内部运营改善、战略转型相关的专题项目

合适的候选人应当：
- 良好的逻辑思维能力，对数字敏感度高
- 较强的计划性与执行能力，有亲和力、责任心
- 有基础财务功底（至少能读懂三张表）
- 英文读写流畅
- 有咨询/PE/VC/四大等professional service实习经验优先

The Company is a subsidiary of a prestigious mega private equity firm with over USD 20 bn AUM, playing the role of a buyout platform using 'Buy and Build' strategy. A portfolio management intern is needed to support relvant work because the Company recently acquired a famous chained company, the JD of this position:
- Help the board reps to establish an Executive Management Committee system
- Conduct data processing/analysis, internal consulting, and operation optimization programs
- Work on industry research, competitor benchmarking, and on-site visit
- Other specific company programs

The ideal candidate should have:
- Excellent logic sense as well as sensitivity to data
- Good planning and execution capbilities with decent people skills
- Basic accounting knowledge (at least able to read I/S, B/S, CF)
- English fluency (both writing and reading)
- Preferably internship experience in PE/VC/consulting/big four
