Overview:
This role will be working closely with the hardware & software development team to ensure the overall quality and reliability of Polycom conference related hardware products, and will focus on component qualification and Reliability.
Specific responsibilities include:
o Follow current component qualification and Reliability test plan;
o Perform board level hardware QA test, include SI, PI, and THERMAL understand EMC knowledge.
o Support reliability test (environmental test and Halt test) and component qualification test.
o Follow the test-driven development process and support development team.
o Highlight test failure symptoms and involve in the failure analysis.
o Assistant EE engineer, implementing schematics review, PCB review.
Job Requirements & Attributes:
o EE or equivalent engineering specialty
o Knowledge on Reliability and Component qualification;
o Knowledge with common components, like Memory/Flash/Clock/SD card, etc.
o Knowledge on hardware product test method and test equipment, experience using test equipment, such as high-speed oscilloscope, thermal chamber, HALT chamber, etc.
o Understand with issue reporting and tracking process
o Good written and oral communication skills (Chinese and English)
待遇：3500/月
