?    良好的英文读写能力，可以流畅撰写英文报告
?    扎实的数据分析能力，计量经济学高级水平

Skills and Abilities
?    熟练使用Word，Excel和Powerpoint等办公软件
?    刻苦的工作精神，良好的工作态度

Qualifications
o    每周能保证四天及以上实习时间，可以接受请假
o    试用期两个月，如果表现良好可续期
