Responsibility:
o Take charge of Office's daily routine workload;
o Arrange daily schedule including appointments, meeting, etc;
o Contact and coordinate with business unit/other department;
o Performing general secretarial service to the Management
o Arranging appointments and scheduling
o Assisting in translation and drafting letters
o Preparing routine correspondence on own initiative or from verbal instructions
o Responsible for traveling arrangement
o Providing reception and assistance service for key customers and management
o Document filing, organizing and maintaining
o Carrying out designated role / task
Requirement:
o College/University graduate
o Good English skills;
o Excellent computer knowledge( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc);
o Intelligent, loyal, quick-response, open-minded and highly efficient;
o Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with excellent team worker;
o At least 4-5days/week until April 2018(必须满足时间要求,要踏实!!!)
