辉瑞咨询与执行部门是辉瑞内部的咨询部门，为公司内部提供专业的咨询服务。通过与辉瑞领导层和各部门的紧密联系和沟通，运用自身丰富的咨询经验及方法，提供战略方案并贯彻执行。
主要工作职责和任务
（6个月的实习期）
项目支持：协助项目经理进行项目支持包括收集项目关键信息及问题，数据处理与分析，PPT制作，与团队商讨解决方案等
日常支持：协助团队成员发起项目会议及研讨会，包括常规会议支持，会议纪要记录等
团队一体化建设：参与部门一体化建设项目，例如实习生项目及培训项目等
能力需求

技能：熟练的英文口语及书面表达，熟练的软件技能（Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word）

职位详情
工作时间及期限： 实习期6个月，一周至少保证三天现场工作
招聘对象：大学及以上学历的在校生，医学、科学、商科及相关专业优先
工作地点：北京市朝阳区北大街3-7号五矿广场（2号线东四十条地铁口旁）

DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
Pfizer Consulting & Execution is an internal consulting team, committed to provide professional consulting service to Pfizer. We deliver the value of consulting skills and experience, with added Pfizer know-how and networks. Being internal enables us to quickly partner with our clients within the business to understand and solve business challenges, develop innovative ideas, execute strategy, and implement solutions.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project support
To assist project managers with the project implementation, including soliciting key facts, data analysis, developing PPT slides, brainstorming with team members and etc.
2. Logistical support
To assist team members in setting up team meetings and workshops, provide logistic support, take notes and etc.
3. Contribution to team integration
To get involved in team initiatives such as intern program, training program and etc.
(6 months’ internship program)
