RESPONSIBILITIES
o Conducting market and industry research,
o Conducting company-specific due diligence and analysis,
o Perform valuation analyses and financial modeling in different industries to vet opportunities,
o Interfacing with brokers, investment bankers and target company management teams.

REQUIREMENTS
o University or MBA student with outstanding academic records, financial or business related major is preferred but not a must.
o Fluent in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written.
o Team player with strong sense of responsibility and work ethic.
o Strong analytical skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
o Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
o Basic know-how of A-share capital market.
o Skills in Ms Office and other data-base is a plus.
