Title: FI Special Situation Group Intern
Department: Fixed Income, Commodities and Currency Department
Location: Beijing
Job Description
? 协助参与拟投资标的（涉及TMT（包括金融科技）/高端制造/泛消费/科教文卫/房地产/不良资产等）尽职调查工作，包括但不限于客户现场访谈、实地参观、行业研究、书面资料整理等
? 协助设计交易结构（涉及债权、股权、股债结合产品、过桥融资等多种形式），撰写修改投资协议及相关文件；
? 协助准备项目立项报告、投资报告等汇报文件，搭建盈利预测模型；
? 协助与内部中后台部门的沟通工作；
? 协助行业信息的搜集整理和行业研究；
? 完成其他相关的支持工作；
Requirements:
? 本硕在读，金融、经济或相关专业；能保证每周3天以上的实习时间；
? 突出的沟通和协调能力；
? 能熟练使用各类办公系统软件；
? 2018/2019年毕业的优秀研究生或本科生。
