BMW China HR Marketing Intern(Location: Beijing)
Target
To build up BMW employer branding and associate engagement
Major Responsibilities
o Support on HR Marketing projects, such as EVP, associate events, health management topics and other internal/external innovative initiatives.
o Support on reviewing and revising HR internal communication documents.
o Follow up with the whole cycle of purchase process (e.g. PR & PO creation and tracking in SAP system).
o Maintain HR pages on BMW China intranet.
o Other works assigned by HR team.
Qualifications and Experience
o Undergraduate or postgraduate students who are enrolled at a university.
o Excellent language skills in English (written and oral).
o Familiar with SAP system and financial management
o Proficiency in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
o Detail orientation, responsible, strong working motivation, and capable of working under pressure.
o International experience will be a plus.
