Hiring Manager: Chief Operating Director

Scope of Work:
Project Related (40%)
- Conduct desktop and field research for project evaluation and benchmarking
- Build financial models for company valuation
- Prepare research reports and client pitches
- Work with coverage bankers in project execution
Office Administration (30%)
- Procure and manage office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with vendors for property management, office lease, bank car, sanitation, IT, travelling etc.
- Manage documentation of key corporate and personnel documents
- Help business team with roadshow logistics including but not limited to hotel reservation, transportation arrangement etc.
Miscellaneous (30%)
- Translation
- Ad hoc projects assigned

Requirements:
- Student in business, management, economics or finance disciplines from a top-tier university
- Fluent in English
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis ability
- Independent contributor
- Ability to work under tight schedule
- Candidates are required to work at least 3 days in a week. Minimum internship period is 3 months.
