【职务描述】
1. 深入参与项目管理，包括西门子中国内部的金融衍生品交易系统搭建项目、人民币跨境交易项目、人民币资金池项目、标准化运营流程项目；协助项目经理梳理项目逻辑及时间轴，预估盈亏比，解决问题并推进项目
2. 定期参与项目组的会议和与内部相关方及外部银行的会议
3. 维护用基于VBA/SharePoint 的自动化财务报告， 及参与设计自动化流程以提高效率和透明度
4. 其他日常工作，如会议记录、项目文件准备和整理
5. 实习期间将在指导下独立完成至少一个项目
【要求】
1. 良好的英语水平、沟通能力和微软办公软件使用技能（outlook，ppt，excel）
2. 保证每周五天实习，持续六个月；5月7日之前到岗；实习期间保持学生身份
3. 良好的编程能力；熟悉以下至少一种编程语言：VB（VBA）、C/C++、Python、R 优先
4. 每周5天， 持续6个月。实习期间保证学生身份。
【补贴】15 RMB/小时（税前）
【工作时间】9:00AM-5:30PM

[Project Management Assistant & VBA programmer]
Description:
1. Responsibilities:
a) Directly involving in MUP (derivatives management system upgrade), XB RMB (Cross Border RMB), RMB cash pooling project, SFSL Internal Review and supporting role to any Siemens China or global project needs Treasury contribution; Help project manager develop project business case, concept, workflow, org chart, timeline, etc.
b) Engaging in regular meetings with project stakeholders, including internal counterparties and external partner banks; Participate in the project discussions with Siemens China colleagues, Siemens HQ, and external parties
c) Other routine job: Meeting minutes, project materials preparing and documentation
d) Maintain VBA code in automated reports; propose potential automation to increase working efficiency and transparency.
e) You will be encouraged to run a mini-project independently with the guidance of supervisors
2. Requirements:
a) Excellent in both spoken and written English;
b) Microsoft office (PPT, Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
c) Familiar with at least one of following Computer languages is preferred : VB, C/C++, Python, JavaScript, Java;
d) 5 days per week available for 6 months, starting ASAP; Must maintain student status;
e) Major in Economics & Finance, IM, IT or Statistics is preferred
3. Compensations, Hours and Locations：
a) 15 RMB/Hour, pre-tax.
b) Hours: 9:00AM-5:30PM;
c) Location: Siemens Center Beijing (Wangling).
