Job Description
?    Monitor global economic, industrial, and corporate developments in the technology space by analyzing information from financial publications and services, investment banking firms, government agencies, trade publications, company sources, or personal interviews
?    Discuss various investment opportunities sourced by the team, form independent opinions and contribute to the team’s decision-making process
?    Participate in diligence work on potential investment opportunities, including but not limited to, business diligence, legal diligence, financial diligence, reference checks and etc.
?    Assist in preparing investment presentations, financial models and other necessary materials to the Investment Committee
?    Support senior-level team members to track portfolio companies and manage post-deal relations after investment

Requirements
?    Full time student from top universities, preferably in master or higher degree programs, and with majors in business, engineering or related fields
?    Working experience (including internship) in finance, consulting, technology or related industries, preferably with exposure in both China and US
?    Strong interest in technology sector
?    Proficiency in Mandarin and English
