Role and Responsibility:
1. Deliver and maintain Maximo/Tririga SaaS environments for customers
2. Execute a variety of tasks under Linux and Windows platform to support project
need
3. Develop automation scripts to streamline DevOps activities
4. Respond to tickets and service request from multi countries customers
5. Manage multiple tasks in a well-organized manner, focusing on priority items
6. Keep stakeholders informed and reaching out for help when necessary
7. Diagnose system resource constrains
8. Participate in Agile process to acknowledge team daily status
9. Document process/method/investigation result
Candidate Requirements:
1. Linux administration and shell scripting skills.
2. Able to fulfill global requirement/follow-the-sun support.
3. Good English capability, able to understand doc and communicate with customer.
4. Good interpersonal skill and willing to collaborate and support colleagues.
5. Any of the following skill will be valued:
- Backups/File system level/Offsite system management. RAID/SAN/NFS/LVM
knowledge is a plus.
- Networking, like VPN/VLAN/Firewall/NAT/Routing. Vyatta Gateway
Administration skill is a plus.
- Java skill and JDK tools
- DB2 and/or Oracle administration skill. DB2 HADR and/or Oracle
Streams/DataGuard experience is a plus.
- Security knowledge like SSL/OS Security/Network Scan
- Performance tuning/client system health/monitoring system skill.
