Solution Deployment Test Engineer - Intern
Responsibilities:
o    Provide SAS solution and product's deployment test service for global (European and Asian) customers in various international environments.
o    Communicate with global users in various countries to acquire their requirements and implement them in deployment.
o    Work closely with R&D teams of U.S and India to resolve critical problems during solutions deployment process.
o    Perform troubleshooting and researching into deployment problems and defects for global customers.
o    Participate in the development and execution of automation tools.
o    Report and track problems via defect tracking system.
Technical Requirements:
o    Having knowledge of different operation systems, i.e., Linux, Windows.
o    Ability of analyzing and resolving problems independently.
o    Experience in different databases, i.e., Oracle, SQLServer, MySql.
Skill Preferences:
o    Master degree or above in computer science or software engineering in 2020
o    Good English communicating skill.
o    Experience in software deployment and configuration.
