Responsibilities
o Coordinate HR Director’s calendar, expense management, other operational-related matter tasks
o Support HR Director & HRBP team to prepare power points, data analysis and written memos to all levels of the organization. assist talent management, learning & development, workforce management, and employee engagement matters.
o Help the HRBP team with ad-hoc tasks as needed; Organize and coordinate processes and information within the HRBP Team
Qualifications
o HR experience is preferred but not necessary
o Be able to support at least 3~4 days a week, work onsite from Graphcore Beijing Office
o Huge growth mindset - Courage to try new things and be modest to take feedback to make things better
o Comfortable with being thrown into unfamiliar and unique situations to derive solutions
o Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
o An energetic and positive mindset with good team working spirit
o Willing to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
o Good command of written and spoken English.
