Job Title : Investment Intern
Objective : Assist China Team with investment activities in Asia

Secondaries and Primaries (FoFs) Team:
Tasks & Responsibilities (6 months / at least 4 full days per week)
o Supporting the investment process:
- Primary and secondary fund investments in the field of private equity and infrastructure;
- Preparation of investment models and memorandums
o Assisting in the monitoring of existing private equity fund investments
- Updating and maintaining monitoring models for existing funds;
- Performing financial research and fundamental analysis on the portfolio companies
Minimum Qualifications
o Current student (for the whole period of 6-month internship) with top academic performance from leading universities;
o The candidate should possess a broad set of quantitative, qualitative and interpersonal skills, and be a strong team player. He/she should have strong financial modelling skills;
o Ideally the candidate would have prior experience in investment banking/ corporate advisory/ private equity/ financial or audit position;
o The candidate should possess basic knowledge and passion for FoFs, especially for secondary fund investment strategy;
o Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential;
o Fluent in English speaking and writing

Co-Investment Team:
Tasks & Responsibilities (6 months / at least 4 full day per week)
o Supporting the investment process:
- Producing company snapshots and carrying out market research (internet, databases, etc.);
- Financial research and analysis (evaluate historical financial statements and projected business plan);
- Due diligence support including management meeting preparation
- Preparation of investment models and memorandums;
o Assisting in the monitoring of existing private equity investments
Minimum Qualifications
o Current student (for the whole period of 6-month internship) with excellent academic performance from top foreign universities;
o The candidate should possess a broad set of quantitative, qualitative and interpersonal skills, and be a strong team player. He/she should have strong financial modelling skills;
o Ideally the candidate would have prior experience in an investment bank/corporate advisory/ private equity/ financial or audit position;
o Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential;
o Fluent in English speaking and writing
