Responsibility:

· Generate novel technical ideas and develop technical solutions to address the business needs for production.
· Immediate project responsibilities include project execution and technology transfer to the customers.



Requirements:

· Master or Ph.D. candidate in Material Science or Electrochemistry
· Hands on experience in electroplating and/or electroless plating
· Demonstrated analytical, experimental and problem solving skills.
· Good communication skills both in Chinese and in English.
