Research and Work area:
1.    Optimizations (Currently, mainly focus on the parallelization) in compilation, including the static compilation and dynamic compilation.
2.    Associated tools’ development.

Requirement:
1.    Be familiar with the compiler.
2.    Be familiar with the architecture.
3.    Be familiar with the Java VM.
4.    Perfect in the algorithm associated coding
5.    Skills:  asm, C, C++, Java, perl.
6.    At least working for half a year, at least 4 days a week.
