001 Sales assistant– Ericsson Research (Intern)
KEY TASKS
• Highly involve in the market activity, such as the marketing strategy drawing-up, the marketing campaign execution and the customer support etc
• Communicate with customers ,including individual and SME customers, to promote the product and service to the target customer, and to collect the feedback from the customers
• Coordinate with Sales team members in the marketing process, to be a good team player and to stand under great pressure
• Weekly work summary and reporting
REQUIREMENTS
• Senior student or above
• Excellent communication skills, good negotiation skills
• Passionate to challenges, new things and people
• Strong sense of achievement and responsibility
• Strong learning ability
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Good team work spirit
• Candidate majored in Marketing ,Management is preferred
• Extrovert and open mind
002 Customer support assistant– Ericsson Research (Intern)
KEY TASKS
• Learn all system functionalities and understand latest system features very clearly
• Regular customer support, such as answering the query call from consumer, helping them booking and cancelling the service, issuing the complaints, using system to complete consumer management.
• Communicate with end users, encourage and motivate them to use the service
• Support agencies creating, editing advertisement, and managing the order in system.
• Collect customer advice and feedback, write daily summary and report, frequently communicate with development team and marketing team
REQUIREMENTS
• Senior student in college
• Fluent in mandarin and English
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiar with windows, Microsoft office, software and tools
• Good team work spirit
• Patient, consumer-oriented and service-minded
