Content Specialist (Intern/Contractor)

We're looking for a smart, organized, customer-focused individual to respond to member inquiries and assist in data and content management. We want to work with great people who are able to follow directions while working independently and who are able to keep up with our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include:
-Monitoring incoming user-generated content and resolving escalated issues
-Classifying, confirming and translating info for content inventory
-Additional responsibilities will be assigned as necessary

Requirements:
-Bacheler's degree from a reputable university
-Excellent command of the English language, CET4 or above preferred
-Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
-Ability to work independently, anticipate problems and devise creative solutions
-Strong self-teaching/time management/prioritization skills and multi-tasking ability
-Experience working in a fast-paced Web environment with Web-based tools preferred
-Able to work at least 4 days per week
