Job Responsibilities:

IBM China field screen, as the highest level of IBM storage field support, provides problem determination and resolution, prioritizes problems, improves PFE/Project Office response times and shields development as much as possible.

Part of IBM Worldwide Screen team, supporting world-wide(EMEA(Europe/Middle East/Africa), AP(Asia/Pacific) and US) customers.
Highest level of field technical support on IBM Storage Products. Work as interface of the world wide product field engineer teams and the worldwide development teams.
Provide action plans to recover machines and identify pervasive problems.
Hot situations may require parallel effort of screen/development.
Engage development only if assistance needed.
Help coordinate efforts when multiple development components involved.

Job Requirements:  Computer Science or Computer Engineering major.  

1st year or 2nd year postgraduate student
Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Active learner
Spirit of dedication and devotion under stress
English: Fluent in speaking, reading and writing(CET-6 or above).
Full time better, at least 4 days on a week.
