Major Responsibilities
1. Ensure reception to visitors, answer incoming calls, and transmit the information to the person concerned in time;
2. Responsible for stationary and office supplies purchase and dispatch fax and translation service to whole office when required;
3. Make conference room reservation and meeting arrangement, and ensure the meeting rooms available, clean, and that the facilities are on working condition;
4. Book air & train tickets and arrange hotels for office staff;
5. Arrange accommodation for visitors, including airport pickup, hotel room reservation, vehicle arrangement from hotel to office, lunch or dinner, etc;
6. Keep all stationery, projector, and other office equipments, and make registration when someone borrows any of them;
7. Responsible for domestic and international mails' dispatch and delivery;
8. Supervise cleaning service and purchase office daily-used supplies on time;
9. Contact with Building Management Dept. on admin issues;
10. Offer other administrative services as required;
Required Qualifications
1. Be able to work at least 3 days per week for half year;
2. Bachelor Degree with major in English, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, or other related majors;Fluent in English and Mandarin;
3. Good command of computer utilization skills in daily work;
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills;
5. Initiative, work independently and be a good team player.
