Responsibility:
* Build up GE OC install base database, including Xinhua and BN business
* Coordinate with FAE leader to pack up retrofit information
* Collect new project information for China PG and P&G from media
* Coordinate with FAE leader to do China PG and O&G marketing research
* Help FAE engineer to modify OC product brochure
* Coordinate market events and consolidate customer feedback;
Requirements:
* Working/Intern experience in Power, Cement, or related industry.
* Strong Market Research capability;
* PC skills for using Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.;
* Strong communication skills and be self-motivated;
* Diligent and learning attitude;
* Excellent oral and written English, working in multicultural environment;
* Be able to work with minimal supervision / direction.

-Working Frequency: At least 3-4 days internship per week
-Assignment Duration: Sep ’09 – Feb ‘10
Responsibility:
* Handle monthly Telecom billing
* IT accessories/assets keeping and tracking, IT accessories application workflow maintain
* Coordinating China IT project, PO releasing, get local quotation…
* Help to validate the EUS data accuracy, i.e. to validate “BURN” rate based on the Corporate EUS report.
* Co-ordinate with regional pole team member to build a repository for network/server equipment with their hardware & software configurations. Identify a tool/approach, such as using a Wiki or something similar to gather data for all sites (site, # of people, network equipment, server equipment, circuit, EUS, etc).

o Undergraduate or postgraduate in major of CS, MIS, EE, or Management
o Quick leaner & Team player
o Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills
o Fluent in English, both oral and written

Responsibility:
* Work with TSG South Asia Team on collecting the Full Inventory on IT Equipment & IT Support Model for Australia, Pakistan & Kazakhstan sites.
o 100% sites of Australia, Pakistan & Kazakhstan to be discovered & full inventory of the IT equipment to be documented from the IT Support Standpoint
o Site Contact List to be prepared for each site. Identify and document phone, email addresses.
* Work with the Asia regional leaders to help streamline the Asset inventory for the various Legal Entities for HP EUS purposes.
o 100% data Accuracy Legal Entity Wise from the Desktop/ Laptop perspective
o Identify reasons for the Inconsistencies in IT Asset Management Database.
o Put a process to fix the Identified Reasons.
* Analyze Data from CMDB and come up with the detailed plan on the Obsolescence for the Asia regions for Network and Servers/ Storage.
o All Servers with date of Warranty Expiry and plan for replacement to be prepared. To cover 100% of the Servers
o All network equipment Warranty/ AMC Expiry with a plan for replacement to be prepared. To cover 100% of the network equipment.
