Job Description:
Process retail loan applications through system work queues(data input, credit bureau check, ect) within timeline requirement and accuracy;
Provide excellent services and professional communications to dealers and field staff in respect of Sales, system, New Business, by handling of all incoming calls.

Qualification Requirement:
Circumspective and responsible;
Sound knowledge about Microsoft Office applications;
Typing speed over 70 Chinese words per minute;
Strong customer service orientation;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Good English, both written and spoken
