-DEGREE REQUIRED: Bachelor or above

-Major: Finance, Economics, logistics/Business ADMIN related preferred

-Location: Beijing

-Working Frequency: 4+ days a week

-Assignment Duration: Oct’09 – Sept’10


Responsibility:

-Responsible for parts and products import and export process
-Manage inventory process
-Maintain any necessary log files (purchase order, quotes, etc.).
-Handle administrative tasks such as T&L reimbursement, sourcing, etc.
Requirements:

-Customer relations management experience.  
-Skilled in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Excel.  
-Knowledge of commercial concepts and terminology. Strong written and verbal communication skills.  
-Ability to work independently as a problem solver and process improvement driver.  
-Ability to interact in an01 effective manner with all levels within the organization.
