Description
This position works for China Agency Media Sales which helps supporting some 30 media clients .
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1) Sales Support to existing clients - provide local customer services to some 30 media clients across China, including product breakdown, outstanding payment collection
2) Pre-Sales Suppprt to potential clients - assist NA Business Manager to provide pre-sales support to potential clients
3) Client product training - provide training to client on media products, e.g. text, pix, TV 4) Co-ordinating client training for financial products - work with Client Trainer to provide regular Xtra training to media clients
5) Client communication - inform clients on upcoming big news by email or telephone and update client contact list
6) Collect client feedback - collect client feedback regularly and escalate to Product team
7) Collect market information - collect clients movement/activities and competitors news
8) Marketing material - prepare & translate product marketing material

1) Good english writing and speaking

3) excellent communication skill with outgoing character
4) eager to learn and aggressive
5) good in general computer application
