Position: NPI project manager

Object of the job
To be responsible for the industrialization of the new products developed in the R&D Center.

Responsibilities
1) To carry out effectively and efficiently all the tasks which corresponds to the position.
2) To Comply with and follow the directives, instructions and procedures in force in the company and the R&D Center
3) Responsible for project management to the New Product Introduction Project team located in the R&D Center and suppliers.

Main tasks
1) Play the key role in the organization and Product Development
2) Provide high level of leadership in industrialization and development process in order to achieve cost effectiveness and ensure supply of high quality products on time to market
3) Do project management for NPI project, including forecast and control NPI project budget, make NPI project schedule and ensure project on track, lead project to reach targets specified by main project.
4) Supervise the production test development to carry out the tasks.
5) Drive the supply chain setup and maintenance for products developed by R&D center.

Qualification
1) Bachelor degree or above of first level University (Engineering background is preferred)
2) Business and management awareness
3) Strong leadership and communication skill
4) Comprehensive knowledge of technologies
5) Well organized and have structure thinking
6) Initiative and positive personal personality 
7) Fluent in English speaking and excellent in English writing
8) Development potential
9) Project management experience is highly preferred
10) Telecommunication background is highly preferred
