工作职责
Responsibility:
办公室日常事务支持：电话传真收接、文案处理、档案整理、办公用品的管理等；
To provide daily support for office affairs: Reception, Document process, Filing, Stationary management and etc;
基础财务票据处理；
To provide service for basic financial management
进行公司内部协调；
To enhance the internal communication among divisions;
任职要求
Who we are looking for?
本科大三、大四学生或研究生，英语、行政或商科（会计、贸易、营销等）相关专业，有一定会计学基础；
Third-year or fourth-year undergraduates, English major and Business(Finance, Accounting, International Trade, Marketing and etc.) major with basic accounting understanding
良好的沟通能力与表达能力，较高的英语读、写能力，CET-6 级水平；
Ability to communicate and expression clearly and effectively, fluent in writing and oral English, CET-6 English level;
耐心细致、勤奋踏实；
Attention to detail, earnest and patient
熟悉办公软件的操作，熟练使用Microsoft Word和Excel
Familiar with Windows & Office software; Competent operation of Microsoft Word and Excel;
每周至少工作三天 ，寒假假期间保证工作时间
Available for at least 3 full working days per week ; guarantee working time during winter holiday
