热线技术支持部_自动化_实习生（北京亦庄开发区，有班车）
招聘人数：3
每周至少实习3天，持续实习6个月。
工作职责：
1、对用户咨询的关于公司自动化控制产品的问题提供快速和可靠的回答；
To provide AUT products technical support to customer;
2、总结技术问题，并反馈给相关部门；
To summarize customer feedback and FAQ every month;
3、在热线支持团队中共享技术知识；
To share technical information in Helpdesk Team;
4、与相关部门沟通技术问题；
To communicate with related Dept. for technical issue;
职位要求：
1、电气或自动化专业本科以上学历；
Bachelor degree of Electric Power or Automation Engineering major;
2、有相关的实习工作经验将被优先考虑；
With helpdesk intern experience will be preferred;
3、良好的客户服务意识，具备良好的团队精神和沟通能力；
Good Customers Attitude,Team work and Communication skill.
4、良好的英语应用能力；
Good English;
