Job Title:
System Support Engineer
Job Objective:
As first line technical support engineer, deliver technical solution according customer service request
Responsibilities:
• Investigate complex technical problems, trouble shoot on living telecom network
• Working with experts around the world, participate in the remedy of system in case of critical situations
• Implementation of proactive maintenance activities, e.g.: software patch loading, system parameter adjusting and so on
• Participate in technical discussion meeting with internal and external customer
• Often travel domestically or internationally and work in different cultural environments
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication, Computer Science, EE and Information Technology of first level University
• Interest in technical work, enjoy with technical study and trouble shooting
• Familiar with software programming
• Strong adaptability to high frequency travel and be able to work during night shift
• Good communication ability and presentation skill
• Can work independently, and strong team work spirit
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Work experience within the telecom or similar industry will be plus
