工作时间：每周至少3天，工作至少六个月；可全职者优先。

Job summary:
Responsible for researching advanced video coding technologies for next generation video coding standard, as well as designing/developing prototypes for advanced video coding/processing applications.

Technical skills required:
1.Proficient in video coding technologies and standards, familiar with the JM/KTA test models.
2.Familiar with video processing technologies, e.g., FRC, SR, DI, and etc.
3.Familiar with C/C++ programming and able to implement and verify new ideas quickly.
4.Proficient in reading and writing papers, patents and proposals in English
